How an application moves through Applift

    Bring your resume

    Upload a PDF or Word file and Applift reads the text out of it — or paste it in if you'd rather. Your original file is kept, so you can download it again any time.

    Add the role

    Paste a Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby posting link and the role lands in your tracker with the company, title and location filled in. Applift never fetches the link you paste — it parses it and calls the board's own public API.

    Tailor and draft

    Paste the job description and Applift rewrites your resume against it, showing you exactly what changed, word by word. Accept it or discard it. Cover letters work the same way.

A copilot, not autopilot

Nothing goes out without your approval

Applift never submits an application on your behalf. You review every field and click submit yourself. There are no surprise applications in your name, because there is no code path that could send one.

One resume, retailored per role

Each draft is rewritten against the role you are actually applying to, with the changes shown word by word so you can see what the AI did before you accept it. Cover letters work the same way.

Everything in one place

Resumes, cover letters and a tracker for every application — Saved, Applied, Interviewing, Offer, Rejected — in a single workspace. You set the status; nothing moves on its own.

Autofill, when you get to the form

The Applift browser extension loads automatically on Greenhouse and Lever job pages, and can fill other application forms on request by matching standard fields.

It fills your name, email, phone and cover letter — and on Greenhouse, pastes your resume text into the form's own manual-entry field. It doesn't attach files; if an application needs an upload, you do that part.

It never records, transmits, or stores the contents of those forms — the fill happens entirely in your browser.

The browser extension is in Chrome Web Store review and isn't installable yet — everything else works as soon as you sign up.
