Questions
- What counts as an AI generation?
- Tailoring a resume to a job, drafting a cover letter, or asking for an AI rewrite. Autofilling a form, tracking an application and storing a resume are not AI generations — those are free and unlimited.
- Will this actually save me time?
- Honestly, it depends how you apply today. If you rewrite your resume for each role and retype the same details into every form, that is the time Applift removes. If you send the same resume everywhere, it will save you less. Nothing is submitted without you reviewing it, so it replaces the typing, not the judgement.
- What happens when I run out of free generations?
- Nothing breaks. Autofill, tracking and your saved documents keep working exactly as before — you just can't make new AI generations until the next month, or until you upgrade.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- It stays yours. Cancelling ends the subscription at the end of the period you have paid for and your account returns to the free plan — resumes, cover letters and tracked applications are all still there, and you keep 5 AI generations a month. Nothing is deleted because you stopped paying.
- Is the price really locked?
- Yes — for as long as your subscription stays active. It is implemented by never migrating you: the Founding price is its own plan, and when the price rises it becomes a new plan for new customers only. It's available to the first 100 subscribers, or until Dec 31, 2026 — whichever comes first.
- How do I cancel?
- From Settings, any time, without emailing anyone. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- How do refunds work?
- 14-day refund, no questions asked — just email us. Email support@applift.work within 14 days and a person will refund you — including the tax. It isn't automated, so please give us a day.
- Why is the total more than the sticker price?
- Sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout where it applies — Stripe handles it as our merchant of record.
